1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Fidenti.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Fidenti is an AI-powered interview practice and salary negotiation coaching tool. It is designed for practice purposes only and does not guarantee employment outcomes. Fidenti is not a registered career advisory service.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use Fidenti.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fidenti offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at radnevd@gmail.com within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days all sales are final due to the digital nature of the service. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the product at any time, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Fidenti. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service. You must not use Fidenti for any unlawful purpose.
6. Guest Access
Fidenti offers a guest mode allowing users to try one practice session without creating an account. See section 7 (Guest Sessions and Email Collection) for what data we collect during guest sessions. Creating a full account is entirely optional. Guest users are subject to the same acceptable use policy as registered users.
7. Guest Sessions and Email Collection
When using Fidenti as a guest, we collect your email address to manage your free session and send you your results. This processing is based on your consent given at the start of your guest session. Your email may be used to send you one follow up message about your session results. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at radnevd@gmail.com. Guest session emails are stored securely and never sold to third parties. If you create a full account your guest data is merged with your account. If you do not create an account your email and session data are deleted after 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and design elements of Fidenti are the exclusive property of Fidenti and may not be used without written permission.
9. AI Generated Content
Fidenti uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate interview questions and feedback. AI responses are for practice purposes only and should not be treated as professional career advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fidenti is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any employment decisions made based on use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
11. Privacy
Your use of Fidenti is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at fidenti.ai/privacy. We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Fidenti after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
